Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes. There's no lock-in contract on any plan. You can cancel directly from your Parent Dashboard and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
What's the difference between the Family and Crew plans?
Family covers up to 4 child profiles and is built for most households. Crew removes the profile limit entirely and adds a Founding Member badge — ideal for larger families, carer groups, or anyone wanting maximum partner discounts.
Do I need to buy the Ride Safe Australia course separately?
No. Ride Safe Australia is included in every membership tier at no extra cost. As we release new courses, Family and Crew members get early access first.
How do bike shop partner discounts work?
Family and Crew members get a unique member code in their Parent Dashboard, redeemable at any participating Open Road Mates bike shop partner.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can change plans at any time from your account settings. Changes apply from your next billing cycle.
